Vision Forward offers several different options for your life coaching journey. Our life experience, as well as training, is centered around personal growth & discovery, marriage, marriage recovery, and leadership coaching.

We all want to be our best self, the person God created us to be. But often, there are old habits, thought processes, and beliefs about who we are that hinder our progress toward our calling. Let us coach you through those hindrances into who God says you are so you can walk forward, using your unique gifts and talents, with confidence into your calling.

We are passionate about healthy marriages. Maybe your marriage is good, but could definitely use some new tools to make it the best it can be. Or, maybe it is in shambles due to betrayal and you don’t even know if it will survive.

Through what we have learned on our own recovery journey and subsequent training, we can bring awareness to what husbands and wives are experiencing in the midst of a difficult season, as well as assist in developing new communication skills and trust building techniques within the marriage. We offer couples sessions and individual sessions.

If betrayal within the marriage has occurred, we also offer recovery group opportunities using a curriculum developed by Pure Desire Ministries. Groups are either 3-4 women led by Sarah or 3-4 men led by Jacob.

Jacob, a retired Lt. Colonel in the United States Army Reserves, has been a leader in the Oil and Gas Industry for over 20 years. He has a passion for coming alongside other leaders and helping you discover new perspectives in leadership, expand your leadership goals, and create unified and dynamic teams.
